hummusmole with roti prataHummusmole is the fusion of two very popular dips: hummus, a Middle Eastern classic high in fiber and protein, and guacamole, a Mexican specialty high in vitamins and healthy fats.

The freshness of avocados, cilantro, and lime juice blended with the extraordinary nutritional value of garbanzo beans and tahini (sesame paste) make this marriage a secured success: a delicious, creamy, and easy to prepare dip!

Serve hummusmole with pita bread, tortilla chips, crackers, breadsticks, roti, flat bread, or French baguette. Accompany  with veggie platters or fresh green salads. Hummusmole is also great as a spread for sandwiches and wraps!

  • 1 tablespoon of tahini (sesame paste)
  • 1 diced garlic clove
  • 1 diced green onion
